Painted as a Christmas present for my mother. It shows her last house before she moved to Sharon Towers retirement home in Charlotte. The house was built by my late father in the early 1970s, and has subsequently been moved to another site. When my mother died in 2014, I gave this painting to Kay and Jim Patterson, dear family friends who spent many happy hours here.
